Stable for Your Strength
An ultra-strong Hyperlift plate under your heel (where you need it most) optimises stability for heavy lifts—like squats, dead lifts and cleans—without compromising the ride. A wider toe box compared with the Metcon 9 lets your toes extend outwards and helps you optimise your power through your whole foot.
More Mobility
We updated the midsole with lightweight ReactX foam to increase energy return. It is combined with flex grooves on the outsole to give you flexible, responsive cushioning when doing high-intensity exercises like Box Jumps and quick sprints.

Better than expected

The 10 is much better than the nine, it runs small had to get a half size bigger and still a little snug. The lace tuck is massive improvement over the Velcro that never stayed closed. I bought the dark green. Every other color is hideous. I don’t understand why Nike cannot hire someone that makes cool colorways for the metcon as they do for running and basketball.
Great fit and comfort but dirt gets trapped

The shoe fits very well and is comfortable for everyday wear. However, I was surprised by how easily dirt gets trapped along the top of the shoe. I purchased these expecting the material to repel dirt, but instead it seems to catch and hold it, creating a noticeable line across the upper even with normal use. Overall, I love the fit and design, but I was disappointed with how the material performs day-to-day and wanted to share this feedback for future improvements.
