Yes, the size follows kids size chart as another reviewer wrote. XS is right size for kid 116cm tall. I like the foam has enough cushion. Only one downside is that it has no holes to hold the straps. Nike needs to give the customers correct size guide on shinguards. In the past, I bought kids one as guide but it was too big.
