        My initial thoughts on the hoodie were mixed as it’s a very lightweight hoodie made with a material that’s not immediately recognizable. Even with this I decided to put it to the test in rain, and cold on separate occasions and I just say that I’m impressed. It’s perforated so you’d think it won’t keep you warm but that’s not the case. I wore it to support my wife on a cold day and I found myself so warm at times that I considered taking it off. In the rain it performed just as well. Kept me dry and dried relatively quickly which I’d assume due to some type of moisture wicking technology. Definitely satisfied with this hoody!!

        Absolutely love this hoodie! At first glance I was skeptical because of the material and how the hoodie felt, but I was completely wrong! This hoodie is extremely lightweight and the thermal technology is phenomenal. I couldn’t believe how warm it actually kept me based on how light it is and the recycled materials used. The perforations allows for breathability, which goes well with the thermal technology. I’ve actually worn this hoodie to work for a whole week, because of how much I actually love it and it kept me warm during the cold weather. There’s no drawstring but I don’t consider that a downside, I’ve adapted to not having a drawstring.

        This hoodie surprisingly exceeded my expectations. It seems thin and not substantial, but my goodness was I WRONG! I wore this hoodie on a two mile neighborhood walk when it was pretty chilly outside. However, did I feel the chill? Absolutely not. With the cold weather we just experienced in California, I was thinking that I would have to wait to take for the chill to subside to resume my afternoon walks. I ended up wearing the hoodie to see if it would keep me warm. I was surprised that it did not weigh me down since it was so lightweight. The hand slits could have been a bit better, like zippered/buttoned or even made in a way to carry essentials during physical activity. I would have also preferred a zippered pocket across the front to hold a phone and keys to make the hoodie multifunctional. As a plus sized woman that is focusing on fitness and moving my body, it’s essential to have pieces that serve more than one purpose. Meaning, a lightweight hoodie that keeps me warm and doesn’t add weight to my body. This checked all those boxes!! The hood was also big enough to be worn over your favorite pair of headphones. I highly recommend!
