I finally found a sports bra that gives me the right support. I am a breastfeeding mum and it let me go back into running again. It is comfortable and I love it.

Nike Alpha
Alex Piccirilli, Nike Trainer
Designed with stretchy molded cups that hug you in while helping keep your natural shape, the Alpha offers a high level of support without that armor-like feel. Who knew a sports bra could do it all? (Hint: We did).

When you’re in the middle of a workout the last thing you want to think about is your sports bra. Dial in your perfect fit from the front with adjustable straps. Oh, did we mention the back hook-and-eye closure that makes slipping in and out of your sports bra the easiest move of your workout?
Curious about encapsulation and compression? Let’s break it down real quick. Encapsulation just means individual cups that support each boob. It keeps your natural shape to maximize support. Compression is that classic snug sensation, reinforced in areas that need the most support. No matter the bra type you prefer wearing, you still get a high level of support.
Encapsulated support with the Alpha (First Image).Compressive support with the high-support Swoosh (Second Image).
Designed to minimize bounciness and athlete tested to support you across any sport, our high-support sports bras hold you in without holding you back. If you’re on the bustier side, high support might be your go-to for all activities. But if you just love a snug, compressive feel (listen, we get it!), high support is perfect for keeping the girls in place.
