Perfect for watersports where you need to stand a lot. The midsole has just the right firmness to support your feet. Took it for a 17h SUP ride and did not have any issues. However I would definitely recommend ordering a size up. Took 45 (my regular size) but had to swap it out for a 46 as it was rather small.
