Bouncy is an understatement. The best Nike running shoe I’ve ever tried. I have had my share of assocs gel, Salomon Brooks and not to mention my hoka collection. This one runs right there with my favorite hoka and the weight or lack of is incredible.

Best race shoes I’ve run in. Helped get me a PB in the London Marathon and a PB in the Hackney Half. The ride has the perfect amount of springy bounce yet feels super light, it makes running faster feel so much less effort. Has a comfy wide base great for those like me with wide and/or naturally flat feet. The knit upper allows feet to expand during the run. Laces are great and keep the fit secure throughout without ever feeling uncomfortable. One thing that could possibly be improved is the traction on wet surfaces - running by water stations and sprays, there’s a distinct reduction in traction. Yes they click a bit which I personally don’t mind and they do squeak if moisture gets in them but for the performance and comfort - nothing comes close to how these feel and perform. A completely different shoe to the alphafly 2 which didn’t work for me at all. They fit snug so definitely go an entire size up if you have wide/flat feet. Usually a 7 but got these in an 8 which is perfect. Will get another couple of pairs at the end of this season if I can get them.
