We're continuously striving to serve athletes through innovative products, exclusive experiences and premium services. As part of those efforts, we're making some changes to ensure you're getting the most out of what Nike has to offer.
Here's a look at what you can expect in the coming weeks.
In the early morning hours of 30 April, you won't be able to place an order on Nike.com, in the Nike App or on SNKRS online. After several hours, we'll be back up and ready to help you get the gear you need to be your best, but you may notice a few changes: any items in your bag, saved favourites, saved delivery addresses and saved payment information will be cleared.
After our brief downtime, you'll be able to shop and place orders again, save your favourite Nike items as usual and re-add saved delivery addresses and payment information in your account settings. Note that if you're in the Nike App during our timeout, you may need to close and reopen the app once our upgrades are complete.

Please note that Nike By You items are no longer available to purchase online in Canada. If you placed a Nike By You order before 23 April 2026, we'll still customise your items and deliver your order as planned. You can check your order status at any time at Nike.com/orders.
We're updating our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy as part of these upgrades. When we relaunch the Nike experiences, Nike Canada Corp. will be responsible for your purchases, and you'll be able to review these updated terms on our website.
