Poor construction is really an issue

As another review mentions the sweat band construction is awful. The way it is stitched to the brim makes half the band bulge under the brim and not sit fully on your forehead. Also makes it uncomfortable. Checked other pieces at retail store and all seemed to have same issue. Disappointed. Should have returned. You could size up but then hat may look sloppy. Shame since I do really like the look of the hat.
