Nike Pro Sculpt

I love biker shorts and wear them all the time in warm weather! These shorts are a solid option for anyone looking for their next pair. My favorite part is the splash of color with the color blocking on the sides. The fabric has a firm structure and a wide waist band. I tend to prefer shorts that are a little longer in length and have more buttery, soft feeling fabric, so I won’t reach for these as often as my other Nike biker shorts in that style. If you are looking for a pair that will keep you feeling secure while you’re working out, walking around, or biking these are for you!

These are great training shorts for running but I would recommend them to those who like shorter shorts as they are 5” if you’re not used to shorts that short be ready to chafe a little but other than that I love their sleek design and modern colorway

I absolutely love these Nike Pro Sculpt High-Waisted Biker Shorts. The material feels thick and supportive without being uncomfortable, and the high-waisted design stays in place throughout my workouts. I wear them for weightlifting, cardio, and even just running errands, and I never have to constantly pull them up. The compression is flattering and provides a nice sculpting effect around the waist and legs while still allowing plenty of movement. The Dri-FIT fabric does a great job of keeping me dry during intense workouts, and the shorts aren't see-through when squatting, which is a huge plus. The 5-inch length is perfect—not too short and not too long—and helps prevent chafing during longer workouts or walks. The only thing to note is that the compression fit can feel snug at first, so if you're between sizes, you may want to consider sizing up. Overall, these are some of my favorite workout shorts. They're comfortable, supportive, flattering, and hold up well after multiple washes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality gym shorts.
