- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. For an upcoming marathon, I was looking for a half-tight with a brief liner at a reasonable price point and these were perfect. They fit true to size, were very comfortable, the brief liner gave me the coverage and security I needed, and the pockets on the sides and in the low back were great for holding gels while running. I'm definitely going to buy another pair.
