Too small, order 2 sizes up

Nice shoes but the size charts are way off. I’m normally a 11.5. The size chart said I was 11. I ordered a 12 and it is very snug. Probably need to order a couple sizes up from the size chart for these.

The shoe is of very good quality, but the size has been much larger than expected on two occasions, compared to what is shown in the app's size guide. It's better to go to the store, because buying online and then having to return the product takes too much time.
