Nike Tiempo Maestro Elite LV8

These shoes are stunning to look at-- the blue color is beautiful. From opening the box, I wanted to love everything about them. That was somewhat short lived as I tried to get them on and definitely struggled. After loosening the ties I was able to shove my feet in. They are snug (despite ordering a size up). Once on, I was able to move easily --they provide great grip and are very light weight. I am hoping that as time moves on, they stretch a bit and will become easier to get on. I love the fact that it comes with a carrying bag, making it easy to throw over my shoulder and head to the field. Overall, I am mixed as to if I would make a full recommendation or not due to the tightness. Looks: 10/10. Comfort: 6/10.

They’re super soft and comfortable right away, which I appreciated because I’m not trying to “break in” anything after chasing kids all day. The TechLeather upper feels smooth and cushy, and it gave me that nice controlled touch I remember loving back when I played regularly. The design is clean and modern without being loud, which fits my vibe now — sporty but grown. On turf, the AG‑Pro studs kept me steady without that annoying pressure under my feet, so I could actually focus on playing instead of thinking about how long it’s been. What I loved most is how natural they felt, like they made it easier to slip back into the sport. If I could change anything, I’d want just a little more structure through the midfoot for extra lockdown, especially since my feet have definitely changed after kids, but overall they made getting back out there feel fun again instead of intimidating.

I've put these through real sessions and they've held up well. Fit is true to size, I normally wear a 9.5 and these fit right with no surprises, snug through the midfoot without pinching. The touch on the ball is the standout: the upper gives a clean, controlled feel on first touch and strikes come off nicely. Comfort is solid but not pillow-soft out of the box; they took a couple of wears to settle, so give them a short break-in before match day. The AG outsole bit in well on artificial ground and gave me confidence cutting and changing direction. The design is clean and understated, which I like. If I changed one thing, I'd want a bit more cushioning underfoot for longer sessions. Overall a reliable boot I'd happily recommend.
