I would highly recommend. More comfortable than the calms. The band was a bit tight around the tip at first, but has loosened in a day.

These sandals feel great to step on, especially after a gym/running session. The insole is true to size but if you have a wider or more fat foot from the top, definitely go up a size. The only thing that bugs me is when walking, the edges kind of rub against the foot, which didn’t really happen when I went up a size. Maybe it’ll go away when I break them in more. The rubber outsole Ron the bottom works great.

I normally wear size 12.5 in 99% of Nike’s shoes, and size 13 in Jordans. I initially went with a size 13 of these. They were a little long and loose, with my pinky toe touching the sides. Socks help, but they’re still a little unstable and can fall off of my foot. I ordered a second pair size 12, they’re perfect length wise, but again tight on the pinky toe and the strap clenches the middle of my foot. Nike should do half and wide sizes with these, I hope this helps someone find the right size.
