## Dina átveszi az irányítást
A (Bra) by projekt keretében a világ legnagyobb sportolói veszik át az irányítást a melltartók világában. Dina Asher-Smith sportmelltartó-királynő az első vendégszerkesztőnk, aki ismerteti a részleteket. Nézz vissza az elkövetkezendő hetekben, hogy megtudd, mit gondol a brit világbajnok a melltartókról, a mellekről és a testmozgásról. Most átadjuk a szót Dinának.
## Sziasztok!
Nagyon büszke és izgatott vagyok, hogy elindíthatom a Nike új „(Bra) by…” sportmelltartó-projektjét, és megoszthatom saját gondolataimat erről az alapvető témáról. Itt az ideje, hogy őszinte és alapos pillantást vessünk arra a ruhadarabra, amellyel kapcsolatban a nők a leggyakrabban kérnek tanácsot. Igen... a nők többet kérdeznek a sportmelltartókról, mint a futócipőkről. Már tudjuk, hogyan találjuk meg a nekünk megfelelő futócipőt. De a tökéletes sportmelltartó keresése sokkal több kérdést vet fel... Hol keressem? Mire van szükségem? Mit kell éreznem? 🤷
A sportmelltartókkal kapcsolatos ismeretek hiánya, valamint egy rosszul illeszkedő vagy nem elegendő tartást adó melltartó viselése határozottan gátat szab az aktív életmódnak. Ez pedig nagyon könnyen elkerülhető. Tudjuk, hogy rengeteg fiatal nő sajnos tizenéves kora elején felhagy a sportolással. Ennek az egyik legfőbb oka az általános rossz közérzet és a gyorsan változó testükhöz kötődő szégyenérzet. Ezt át tudom érezni. Nyilvánvalóan én is keresztülmentem rajta. Egy éve még úgy futhattál, hogy eszedbe sem jutottak a melleid. De most két barátod jelent meg a mellkasodon, akik teljesen megbolygatták a tested mozgását, és miattuk máshogy érzed magad a bőrödben!
Még akkor is, ha szeretsz sportolni, megfelelő tartás nélkül kényelmetlenül fogod érezni magad. Sok lány a mellfájdalmat általában a sporthoz vagy a fizikai aktivitáshoz köti. És ilyen gondolatokkal beszélhetik le magukat róla: „úgy néz ki, ez nem nekem való”, „a melleim már túl nagyok ehhez”, „ez túl fájdalmas” vagy „ez nem éri meg a stresszt”. De nem ez a helyes út. Különösen azért nem, mert sokan nem tudják, hogy a megfelelő melltartóval megszűnnek ezek a problémák.
Tehát próbáljuk meg eloszlatni a sportmelltartókkal kapcsolatos rejtélyeket és megbélyegzéseket.
Büszke vagyok arra, hogy létrejött a (Bra) By Dina: The Shame-free issue. Őszintén beszélünk ezekről a dolgokról. Bemutatom nektek a különböző szintű tartásokat, a különböző típusú melltartókat, és megválaszolok néhány olyan kérdést, amelyeket sokan egyszerűen túl kínosnak éreznek feltenni. Tőlem viszont kérdezhettek bátran, én nem ítélkezem 😄
