Kiszolgáltatottnak érzed majd magad a testszőrzet fokozatos megjelenése miatt, ráeszmélsz a tested illatára, nagyobbak lesznek a melleid, a vonalaid pedig – nos, még íveltebbé válnak. Nagyon figyelj azonban most rám: a serdülőkor az egyik legtermészetesebb dolog a világon, melyen átesünk a kiteljesedéshez vezető úton. A tested soha nem árult el téged!  Sajnálom, hogy tőlem kell hallanod, de sosem leszel karcsú, kék szemű, szőke lány. A bőröd színe, a göndör fürtjeid, az arányos vonalaid és a kultúrád hatással lesz a társadalomra, és minél hamarabb tanulod meg elfogadni, annál könnyebb dolgod lesz. Bízz bennem. Az egyediséged az első lépés az igazi szépség felé! Ó, és tégy meg nekem egy szívességet: soha ne feledd, mennyire szereted a sportot – a futást, a tollaslabdát, a futballt, az úszást és különösen a táncot. Ahogy idősödsz, a társadalom azt érezteti majd veled, hogy a fitnesz egyfajta büntetés a testnek. Idővel rájössz majd, hogy az aktív életmód jó közérzetet biztosít, és rengeteg örömödet leled a mozgásban. Ne feledd, nem a ruhád mérete vagy a kosárméreted határozza meg, mennyit érsz! Ítélkezés helyett mozogj hálával. Bizony, a melleid még nagyobbak lesznek, és ez teljesen rendben van. Anyukád próbálja elmondani, hogy viseld rendesen a melltartóid, és állítsd be a pántokat úgy, hogy tartást nyújtsanak a melleidnek. Testmozgás közben viselj jó minőségű sportmelltartót a fokozott tartás érdekében, és nem, nincs szükséged rengeteg párnázásra. A párnázott melltartók párnái nem nyújtanak több tartást, így ki is vághatod őket – szó szerint! A melleid eltérő méretűek lesznek és egyenetlenül nőnek majd, de ne aggódj. Ne feledd, hogy csak tesók, nem ikrek. Sőt, akár az is lehet, hogy csak távoli rokonok.  Csajszi, annyi mindent szeretnék még elmondani, de azt hiszem inkább az lesz a végszó, hogy elmondom neked, hogy egyáltalán nem kell szégyenkezned a nagy melleid miatt. Kapsz némi nemkívánatos figyelmet, és úgy érzed majd, mintha mindenki őket bámulná, miközben ugrándoznak. Az igazság azonban az, hogy ahogy te magad is, mindenki a saját bizonytalanságaival küzd. A tökéletesség irreális eszme, ne próbáld beleerőszakolni magad. Ami pedig a legfontosabb: fogadd el a tested.
