(Bra) by Dina Asher-Smith ## Sportmelltartók és a fiatalabb énem ## Levél 12 éves önmagamhoz Szia Dina! A 13 évvel idősebb éned vagyok. Oké, gyorsan összegezzük a dolgokat... nagyon jól sprintelsz. Szuper. És szereted is csinálni. Az a feladatod, hogy bejárd a világot, a legjobb legyél abban, amit szeretsz, és barátokat szerezz a világ minden tájáról. Nem szeretném elrontani a meglepetést, ezért nem fogom felsorolni az elért eredményeidet, de igazán büszke leszel magadra. Higgy nekem. Egy sürgős dolgot el kell mondanom neked: körülbelül egy év múlva fájdalmasan el fogod törni a lábad, mert félálomban reggel hét órakor mész majd jégkorong-edzésre. Tehát azt tanácsolom, hogy figyelj oda reggelente. Kérlek, ne menj félálomban edzésre! Mert megpróbálod majd átugrani a labdát, amikor átadják neked... és akkor rosszul fogod megítélni, rálépsz a labdára, megcsúszol és eltöröd a lábad. De ha nem hallgatsz rám, és mégis mankóra lesz szükséged, ne csüggedj... ezáltal rájössz, hogy igazából az atlétikáért rajongsz, és a futópályán van a helyed. Na de most beszéljünk a melleidről és a sportmelltartóidról! Nos... a melltartókra való átállás sokkal kevésbé lesz izgalmas, mint néhány barátnődnek. Igazából... nem lesz olyan hosszú folyamat, mint gondolnád, mivel nem lesz sokkal nagyobb hahahahaha. De visszatérve a ruhadarabra, szó szerint ebben fogsz élni. Több sportmelltartód lesz, mint hagyományos melltartód. Még a farmeroknál, hétköznapi pólóknál... és alapvetően bármilyen hétköznapi ruházati cikknél is több lesz belőle a legszebb színekben, stílusokban és mintákban. A héten legalább hat napon viselsz majd egyet. (Igen, sajnálom, most heti hat napon edzel. John nagyon rákapcsolt).  Tudom, hogy először kicsit furán fogod érezni magad. Talán főként azért, mert szégyenled a változást és a fejlődést. És ez teljesen érthető, először furcsa változás, de semmi gond. SOKKAL könnyebbé teszi a sportot. Nincs ugrálás és fájdalom, és utána sem fog fájni a melled. Arra tudsz koncentrálni, hogy a legjobb formádat hozd, és nem kell kényelmetlenül érezned magad, vagy azon izgulnod, hogy mozog a melled. És hamarosan természetes lesz a viselése. Olyannyira, hogy sokszor „rövid szabású pólónak” fogod hívni, és néha edzés közben nem is fogsz pólót felvenni fölé. Az élet szép, és veled is minden rendben. Nincs miért aggódni, szóval ne stresszelj.
