Not the best choice in little kids

I purchased the little kid version and was disappointed. The shoe is pretty but with movement the top of the tongue protrudes in-between the laces and the strap. My daughter hates that and now refused to wear them. Just be aware of when the laces are stretchy there is no way to secure the tongue.

For my nephew

Good Shoes for Active Boy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought these as "new school shoes" for our 6 year old. He loves them and we love how solid they are. Not having the laces to tie and just using the strap is awesome. Great value and great shoe.
