Nike Free technology combines foam in the heel for stability with softer foam in the midsole, giving you the flexibility dynamic workouts demand.
A full-length rubber outsole helps support the foam while adding durability and traction on a variety of surfaces, including turf and concrete.
A webbed lacing system works with an inner sleeve to provide added containment for a secure and snug fit.
Lightweight mesh upper adds breathable comfort.
Standard delivery costs CHF 10 for non-Nike Members under CHF 140 and Nike Members under CHF 70.

The Free Metcon 7 is stable and comfortable. But really ugly. The tongue is super padded and so is the collar. They look kinda clunky. I love the 5…don’t get why Nike keeps messing with design without improving. Disappointed in the 7s.

Je suis très déçu elle ce craque déjà, je les ai acheté le 13 avril 2026, j’avais déjà l’ancienne version Metcon qui ne sont pas craquer mais alors cette nouvelle version ne sont pas de très bonne qualité. Je suis très déçu
