Nike Vaporfly 4 Glam
The Vaporfly 4 is a mile-eating machine that just got lighter and brighter. We trimmed weight with a carbon-fibre Flyplate and ultra-responsive ZoomX foam midsole to give you race-day speed without sacrificing performance. The result is a fine-tuned racing shoe that's trusted from the mile to the marathon.
The full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate has a higher angle than the Vaporfly 3 and is combined with a lower heel-to-toe drop to give you a propulsive feel on race day.
Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before thanks to a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy, feathery feel.
Engineered mesh on the upper offers improved lightweight comfort while supplying a more consistent fit. We reduced the size of the heel and tongue to save even more weight.
The midsole bulge at the heel helps reduce weight on the inside of the foot and give you a more stable ride. We also used a thinner rubber compared with the Vaporfly 3 to reduce outsole weight without sacrificing reliability.

Fantastic shoe. Super lightweight. Beautiful pink color. Great for the trade mill running during winter months. Love Nike because I have a narrow foot and asics are too wide for me. I’m an older runner so anything lighter will be best for me.
