Nike Pegasus 41 GORE-TEX

200km so far. Fit slightly large. Toe box is a bit narrow. Great support and traction in wet, snow, and dry. Very comfortable at -20 degrees Celsius and 15 degrees Celsius. Being able to wear in cold as well as warm is surprising and a real bonus.

J’habite la grande région de Montréal et cet hiver 2025-26 est particulièrement froid et intensément enneigée. La Pegasus Storm Thread Goretex est ma première chaussure de course Nike, je n’ai jamais osé, car les Nike running avaient la réputation d’être souvent étroites pour les avant-pieds larges. Cette Pegasus est vraiment Goretex, légère, la traction est au top même avec chaussée verglacée. Mais par dessus tout, je lève mon chapeau à ce modèle surtout parce qu’enfin je n’ai aucune douleur ni de cheville, ni de genou après les sorties!mins/km améliorés et confort maximum.

I live where it is cold and snowy so a waterproof running shoe seemed a must. Great heal padding while still responsive - not too bouncy for me but plenty of cushion. The waterproofing works very well, never get wet feet. Also has some extra mesh padding which keeps feet warm in subzero running. Really like the additional reflective tape all around as weekday runs are always in the winter dark. I was skeptical about the new sole grip but it works really well - might be a bit softer rubber to keep grip on cold temperatures, but so far wearing well. I don’t think these shoes are good for summer - too hot. I bought another pair of standard Pegasus 41s for summer.
