Flexible Outsole
Nike Free technology combines foam in the heel for stability with softer foam in the midsole, giving you the flexibility dynamic workouts demand. A full-length rubber outsole helps support the foam and adds durability.
Midfoot containment
A webbed lacing system works with an inner sleeve to provide added containment for a secure and snug fit.
Breathable upper
Lightweight mesh upper adds breathable comfort.
