Nike Mind 002
The benefits of Nike Mind technology in a comfortable, go-anywhere sneaker? Yeah, we did that. Plush and responsive foam cushions your every step while large outsole nodes push against your foot, engaging sensory areas of the brain to help you stay present and connect with your surroundings. Because when it's anyone's game, winning is all in the mind.
Developed in Nike's Mind Science Department, 22 nodes move up and down against your foot in a way that is scientifically shown to activate sensory areas of the brain.
Soft foam in the midsole provides robust, comfortable cushioning. The knit upper features engineered perforations for breathability. Stretchy fabric on the footbed gives the nodes room to move while still feeling soft against your foot.

Great design and a massage-like feel, but best for short wear. For long walks, I prefer sneakers with better cushioning.

The Mind 002 look great and have a clever design. In my experience, the sensation underfoot feels more like a massage, so I prefer wearing them for short periods. For everyday use, especially when I need to walk a lot, I find other sneakers with better cushioning more comfortable.
Best shoe Nike invented!!!

Nike Mind Technology
Born from years of research and testing, Nike Mind technology features 22 individually articulated foam nodes that help translate the texture of the ground up to the bottom of your foot.
Engaging your senses with Nike Mind can help you get out of your head, connect with your surroundings and stay more present in the moment.
Plush and responsive foam cushioning pairs with a moulded heel and sockliner for go-anywhere comfort. Up top, laces anchor your foot closer to the nodes, creating a heightened level of sensation.
