Nice shoe but not the colour I wanted

The colour is totally different from what I got, I reached out to complain but it happened to be the same colour that I purchased but after making a collage photo it was clear to who I spoke with that the colour sent was more like beige while what you have on your site is proper brown and I wanted brown.
