While not the flashiest spike, there is no other spike that can do what the multi does. Whether it is on the 4th lap of the 1600m or right out of the blocks in the 100m, this spike gets the job done. I used this spike when I was just getting started and did not know what event to prioritize, with using this spike you aren't pressured into prioritizing one event but you can rather get a long period of time to decide what event is right for you!
