The Nike G.T. Cut 3 Turbo LX is definitely a different cut of basketball shoe. The shoe is versatile, which is awesome for me since I play both indoor and outdoor pickup games. I don’t have to worry about if I’m going to slip on outside surfaces and I know I am good to go for indoor hardwood floors. The ZoomX foam allowed me to play extra games because of how comfortable this shoe is. My feet were not the deciding factor whether I should play another game or not, as it typically is with other shoes. I have a narrow foot and typical basketball shoes fit me a little loose since they are usually wider. This shoe was perfect for my foot and felt secure when making those sudden cuts/change in directions. I would recommend a half a size up if you have a wider foot. The design is deceiving at first glance because the shoe looks wide, heavy and bulky. I was surprised on how snug the shoe was on my narrow feet. The shoe is lightweight and definitely not heavy. The color scheme is iconic and definitely stands out when you’re out on the court. The fabric was comfortable and very breathable as I did not feel my feet being very hot or excessively sweaty. The problem that I have with most shoes is that when I wear low cut socks, my heel and Achilles get irritated from rubbing/friction on the heel of the shoe. I did not have that problem with the fabric on the heel of this pair of shoes. I played many games expecting for this to happen and it did not. I was quite surprised and delighted I did not have this issue with this shoe. The thing that I liked the most about this shoe, personally, was how well it conformed to my foot. It was as if I was wearing the narrow version of this pair of shoes. It was a pleasant surprise to say the least! I wouldn’t change a thing on this shoe. Nike outdid themselves again as the Nike G.T. Cut 3 Turbo LX is a CUT above the rest!!!

The shoes are very comfortable and firm. The material the shoe is made from holds your feet very well and is more durable which is great when playing basketball. The insole has good grip and keeps your foot from sliding around inside the shoe helping to maintain control of your movements. Now speaking of the style it has a modern twist on early two thousands style of basketball shoes. Feels unique yet retro all in one shoe which is not easy to achieve. One thing that I always look for is ankle support and this has the perfect amount without being too stiff or restricting. It’s has good support where you need but also has softer materials where you need it to bend. It’s a great shoe that does and has what you need from it.

This sneaker provided a good amount of suooort during use of playing basketball on an outdoor court as well as use in the gym with rubber flooring. The sneaker’s lightweight help with faster movements and cuts without compromising the support and feel for the shoe. Due to the Zoom air sole, it was best to keep in motion and to feel the cushioning. While standing you can begin to feel the pocket of air and midsole. The insole is soft with the foam insert, but different socks will impact the use and feel. Higher socks worked better, as the back upper heel began to rub. The outer sole had great traction and a nice bounce to the rubber feel. Overall a well built shoe and for its use.
