Perfect for athletic adventures at home or overseas (running, hiking, biking or long walks around a city). It’s form fitting so it doesn’t bounce much when running depending on the what you pack. The size is not too small or big, I can fit two 32 ounce bottles and small snacks/ towel. Side pouches are just big enough to. fit my pro iPhone 13.

It’s alright but I wish it had more pockets and pouches in the inside. The book bag isn’t that big but you know this because it’s a running book bag.
