Really light weight so it’s perfect for traveling too! Doesn’t add bulk or weight to your suitcase. Perfect for athletic adventures at home or overseas (running, hiking, biking or long walks around a city). It’s form fitting so it doesn’t bounce much when running depending on the what you pack. The size is not too small or big, I can fit two 32 ounce bottles and small snacks/ towel. Side pouches are just big enough to. fit my pro iPhone 13.

It’s alright but I wish it had more pockets and pouches in the inside. The book bag isn’t that big but you know this because it’s a running book bag.

In addition to running this is a great backpack for day trips & travel. Backpack is lightweight. Fits Nike Medium Dri-fit jacket, small umbrella and Yeti 26oz water bottle just fine with extra room still available for more items. Inside zipper pouch available for wallet etc.
