Chest and waist straps keep bag secured on back. I use it with a hydration bladder and still have room to carry phone, keys and lightweight jacket.

Great size for gym or travel
Really light weight so it’s perfect for traveling too! Doesn’t add bulk or weight to your suitcase. Perfect for athletic adventures at home or overseas (running, hiking, biking or long walks around a city). It’s form fitting so it doesn’t bounce much when running depending on the what you pack. The size is not too small or big, I can fit two 32 ounce bottles and small snacks/ towel. Side pouches are just big enough to. fit my pro iPhone 13.

Perfect for going places
It’s alright but I wish it had more pockets and pouches in the inside. The book bag isn’t that big but you know this because it’s a running book bag.

Great backpack!
In addition to running this is a great backpack for day trips & travel. Backpack is lightweight. Fits Nike Medium Dri-fit jacket, small umbrella and Yeti 26oz water bottle just fine with extra room still available for more items. Inside zipper pouch available for wallet etc.

Perfect overnight bag.
