This puffer vest is an absolute winner—11/10. It’s thick in the best way, giving you that warm, insulated feel without being bulky. The fit is spot-on and super comfortable. I needed this.

This vest is perfect for fall and winter weather. It fits comfortably over a hoodie or thicker layers without needing to size up, and it provides just the right amount of warmth. I’m always a sucker for pockets, and this vest delivers with two outer pockets and one inner pocket. I also love the drawstrings on the hood and waist, which make it easy to adjust for a more custom fit.

I recently acquired this puffer jacket vest for my wife. She typically wears a small for her jacket sizes but due to the fact that it's a vest, for one, and that it was a puffer style jacket, I wasn't sure if it would end up being too big. After trying it on, she definitely thought it was kind of big but I pointed out that puffer jackets do tend to, at the very least, LOOK a little bigger than you would normally expect a jacket to be. She has owned/worn other puffer style jackets before but they didn't have nearly as much 'fill' to them, if you will. Having said all of that, she thought the feel of the vest was very comfortable and although she does realize that the puffy nature of the vest does directly help to insulate your body in colder fall/winter temperatures and weather, the fit still seemed a bit bigger than she would prefer. She stands right at 5 feet tall and is pretty petite size. She thought she probably could have gotten away with an extra small (XS) size for this vest. She really liked the design of this vest--very practical for fall and winter temps on days when wearing just a hoodie might merit just a bit more warmth. She likes that the dark navy blue color is easy to pair with many other colors. The zipper is big and makes bundling up a breeze if necessary--doesn't easily get caught on the edges of the fabric. The buttons, if using them becomes necessary as well, snap with ease. The fabric choice in this vest is great. It is water resistant and makes getting it on and off very simple, with ANY type of fabric being worn underneath. Like me, my wife shares the pet peeve of jackets that don't easily slide over whatever shirt you may be wearing underneath which can make throwing them on when you're in a hurry a huge hassle! This vest will not have that problem at all! She also appreciated that an added measure of sewing/stitching and elastic was part of the design in the arm openings to ensure the on-and-off movement doesn't cause any premature wear to the seams there. This also allows for a bit of stretch which will greatly augment comfort in pairing this vest with whatever other layer you have on below! These elastic bands on the inner arm holes will also warrant great fit for years to come! The thing my wife liked most about this jacket was the pockets. They are a great size and both exterior pockets have a zipper to safeguard any belongings from falling out if you're playing around in the snow or if you need to toss the vest somewhere to the side once you get indoors to warmer temps! There is also one interior pocket on the left side that is kept closed, if you need, with another big snap button. She also likes and appreciates the hood that, if you need to keep the warmth in a little better around your head, has 2 elastic drawstrings you can pull tight. If she could change one thing about this vest, it would probably be to make a little less puffy. But that is just her personal preference. She realizes some people enjoy being wrapped up in and almost drowned inside puffer vests or jackets. It feels like a 'big hug', if you will. For her though, she prefers the smaller, less poofy puffer jackets. Overall, she would definitely recommend this vest. Very comfortable, pairs well with many long sleeved shirts, hoodies, jackets, etc. Keeps you warm when you need it and great-sized pockets!
