I have never found a baseball cap that looks good on me, but I love this one. I specifically purchased it to keep my hair in check on the way to work when driving with the roof off of my jeep, but I'm finding myself wearing it frequently in public. I measured my head with a fabric measuring tape and opted for a medium/large based on the sizing chart. I wish I had gotten a small/medium instead, because I often have to tighten it so much that the fabric strip hangs free. I would suggest you size down if you're somewhat between sizes on the sizing chart.

I returned the 3 women's baseball caps, with the velcro adjustable back. What happened to the original cap, which was soft above the rim?? These caps were stiff above the rim, giving them an unattractive look and fit.
