They feel really nice and light and I like that they are small and they don’t feel in the way.

I've been using the gore-Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter & switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I can't believe how much faster & lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I may end up putting my insoles in but I had not even needed them for my first week of runs in them. I'm definitely going faster than I'd even imagined. Great shoes. I'd love to see more colorways. I actually worked in them the first night I got them and had several complements. I felt like I was Tigger from Winnie the Pooh bouncing around the hospital all night.

I’m relatively new to road racing (having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile - your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7.5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we’ll see.
