Flex and Move
The more flexibility that you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We shaped the Air Zoom unit like a horseshoe for added flexibility while the traction pattern on the outsole helps you get after whatever's on your workout agenda.
Stability for Your Workout
The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. The tough, molded wrap around the shoe helps keep your heel supported and secure. Cushioning for Your Workout
The more cushioning that you have underfoot, the more comfortable your workout can be. Cushioning helps soften impact as your feet hit the ground. ワークアウト有酸素運動におすすめ。 自分は後ろ荷重気味なので 前荷重気味になるヴァースエアはあっているようです。膝の痛みも気にならなくなりました。 激しい運動で前後の動きしてる最中は 指が前よりにいく為、かかとをトントンして調整はしてしまいますが。 メトコンも好きですが 現在はヴァースエア推しですね。 見た目よし♪ 履き心地 いいです♪ 足サイズはレディースなら 普段0.5サイズアップ メンズは0.5サイズダウン ※（私は足幅大きめ） ヴァースエアは 0.5サイズアップで購入してます٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

とてもサイズが小さいです。 レビューを参考に普段よりワンサイズ上げましたが、まだ小さいです。 スーパーレップの後継だとおもい購入しましたが、クッションも反発もいまいち。 かたいです。 値段は同じくらいか、少し高い？のにスペックは低いです。 エアロビクスやステップエクササイズに使用予定でしたが、癖はあったもののスーパーレップが凄く優れていた。 これはもう買いません。 もっと思い切った能力のシューズでなければ、他のメーカーでいいです。
