普段24.0ですがナイキは細めなので24.5にしました。つま先には少し余裕がありましたが甲がきつめで一日中履いていたら足首がかなり浮腫んでしまいました。 甲を締め付けられるのが苦手な方はサイズ1センチあげたほうがおすすめです。 デザイン的に服にも合わせやすく、とても軽いので商品的にはとてもおすすめです
