I used to run often, but I haven't for the past 5 years. I started a Couch to 5K program recently and my old running shoes were not it (the Nike Renews from 2019)—they had done hundreds of miles already, so they were worn. And due to pregnancy, my usual size 7 no longer fit. I have no time to go to a store to try things on right now, so I gave these a try and so happy I did. They are perfect. Very comfortable. Best part? I didn't need to experience a miserable "break-in" period. My old Nike Renews were not fun to break in and I battled blisters for a solid month when they were new. Not these. Perfect from the first run. I highly recommend for new runners who need some support due to overpronation. Go up a half size. I'm usually a size 7 in Nike lifestyle shoes, but these I needed a 7.5.

These were comfortable right out of the box. I wore these for 10 days walking many miles on a European trip. They were so comfortable and the only shoes I wore. Stable ankle , nice wide toe box, soft & supportive. I wore a breathable sock that was no show with a heel tab & I got zero blisters or rubbing. They held up perfectly. I sized up a half size for more toe space. Would recommend these 100%

The support is great. The rest of the shoe is terrible. I’ll try to make this brief. First off, the tongue doesn’t cover the upper part of the foot, leaving negative space for the laces to dig into your foot. I even have a narrow foot, but the bizarre tongue composition along with the fact that the laces are situated to sit right on the foot is just overall a horrible design. Not to mention (and not that you can’t change them out) the laces themselves are so slick they’re almost like silk, and come undone constantly. Will definitely never buy this model again.
