Lighter foam
Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before with a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy feel.
Full Speed
The full-length carbon fibre Flyplate sits at a higher angle compared to the plate in the Vaporfly 3. It combines with a lower heel-to-toe drop to give you a propulsive feel on race day.
Lighter outsole
We reduced the weight of the outsole by using a thinner rubber compared with the Vaporfly 3.
Lighter upper
The engineered mesh helps reduce the weight of the shoe while providing a more consistent fit.

Phenomenal shoe, haven’t stopped using them!

These are very light comfy racing shoes, which at 70, recently helped me to a new 10k PB! The only reason I gave 4 stars, is due to the short life these shoes have. The small heel soles soon wear off, and the foam scuffs and disintegrates. A more robust heel sole is required in my opinion.
