  • Excited to get these dirty!

    ACG Zegama

Love whoever was bold enough to put out a white trail shoe, it won’t stay that way for long! I’ve been running in the Nike Terra Kiger and was hoping for a bit more cushion on longer trail runs and these have been so comfortable. This is my first Nike trail shoe in the new ACG era and I think the rebrand is brilliant and Nike is coming to play. I never got to run in past versions of the Zegama but I already appreciate the aggressive vibram lugs and gentle wrap on the heel counter collar. Just a little something to give some bonus protection. I might be running in these more than the Ziger’s now. Also love the reflective elements.

  • Comfiest Trail Shoes

    Deee

The Zegama Trail shoes definitely delivered from the design to the comfort. I got the all white with a nice pop of orange hits. It also has some reflective markings of the back tab around the ACG. A bold and subtle look, which I love about the shoes. The shoe fits like a glove, great materials used for the upper, a mesh and cushion support around the ankle area. Almost feels like flyknit. It has a wider toe box so for my wide footers this is great. It does fit true to size. Now the cushion set up is where it’s all at. The cushion set up is cushlon with ZOOM X! These two together made it feel like I was walking on clouds. Then Nike added a vibram outsole, definitely chef’s kiss! Comfort and durability is second to none with this shoe. After I have ran and walked in it for daily use, I feel like it got even more comfy. The only thing I would change about the shoe is the ankle support, I feel like it’s too flimsy around the ankle, which is why I haven’t used it on “off-road” trails yet since I’m a little skeptical about the ankle support. I’ll still give it at shot on the trails pretty soon though. Other than that this is a great shoe and decently priced as well, with all the tech that’s in it. I hope Nike produces some wild color combos in the future!

  • A solid improvement from previous generation

    MorganTrailblazer

Having logged miles in the previous generation Zegama, I came into this update with a solid baseline for comparison. The most immediately noticeable change is the redesigned silhouette, a bit sleeker and more aesthetically considered than its predecessor, making it a shoe you'd feel comfortable wearing both on the trail and off. With under 5–10 miles on mixed terrain (trail running and walking), it's too early for a full durability verdict, but initial comfort is promising and the fit feels well-dialed from the start.
