It’s definitely too heavy to work out in, but the oversized fit is really flattering and easy to style. Even though it’s a men’s jacket, I actually prefer it. The Nike Tech Pro Layer Longsleeve Top is a form fitting short that is perfect for training. The patterns on the outside gives you a sleek and futuristic look, while maintaining all the features that Nike does best with training gear. The Dri-FIT technology of the material allows you to stay dry while working up a sweat during training. The padding on the inside also gives you heat insolation to wear during this fall/winter season. It will make for the perfect undershirt while doing any outdoor running and training. As it gets cooler I plan on doing just that. While working out I was able to do everything that I normally do with full range of motion. Nike excels at performance and style. The material is form fitting, but it is not restrictive in any way.
