Unklare Größenangabe und längere Lieferzeit bei der Schuhbestellung

In der Beschreibung dieses Schuhs stand nicht, dass er kleiner ausfällt als üblich und dass man ihn eine halbe bis eine Nummer größer als die eigene Schuhgröße bestellen sollte. Außerdem wurde auf der Website für mich eine Lieferzeit von 5–6 Tagen angegeben, tatsächlich hat es jedoch leider etwa 11 Tage gedauert, bis die Ware bei mir angekommen ist. Da der Schuh für meine Füße zu klein war, habe ich ihn nun zur Größenänderung zurückgeschickt und muss leider noch einmal fast zwei Wochen warten. Die Qualität des Schuhs war jedoch insgesamt akzeptabel, auch wenn er nicht rundum vernäht ist.
