West Texas inspired

To create this collection, we embarked on a canoe camping trip through Big Bend National Park in West Texas. Along the way, we spotted rock formations created by slow moving lava flows that inspired the collection's name.

Heat-regulating tech

These trousers pack a lot of tech into a lightweight build. Nike Therma-FIT ADV technology combines heat-regulating fabric with advanced engineering and features to help keep you warm in cold-weather conditions. PrimaLoft® insulation and a water-repellent finish work together to help keep you warm.

Equipped for adventure

Ankle bungees and an elastic waistband with an internal drawcord help you adjust your fit. A tricot lining inside the zip hand pockets is soft and cosy. The ACG tribiner and packable design let you easily clip these trousers to your bag.

More benefits

The loose fit feels roomy through the seat, thighs and legs, while an on-seam gusset helps promote natural movement.

How This Was Made

The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.
