We're continuously striving to serve athletes through innovative products, exclusive experiences and premium services. As part of those efforts, we've made some changes to ensure you're getting the most out of what Nike has to offer.
After a brief outage on 30 April, you may notice a few changes: any items in your bag, saved favourites, saved delivery addresses and saved payment information have been cleared.
You can now shop and place orders again, save your favourite Nike items as usual, and re-add saved delivery addresses and payment information in your account settings. Note that if you were in the Nike App during our timeout, you may need to close and reopen the app.

Please note that Nike By You items are no longer available to purchase online in Canada. If you placed a Nike By You order before 23 April 2026, we'll still customise your items and deliver your order as planned. You can check your order status at any time at Nike.com/orders.
