  • Within 30 days of purchase date: Take your items to a Nike store near you to return your items.
  • More than 30 days past purchase date: You'll still need to take your items to a Nike store. If you're unable to visit in person, please contact the store to discuss your options.
Nike-authorised stores

You'll need to return your Nike items to the store where you purchased them. If you can't return your items at the original place of purchase, please contact the store to discuss your options.

If the store refers you back to us, please call us to file a claim.

Some Nike products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. In those cases, the details and return information are included on the label, hang tag or warranty card that came with the item.
