These shoes are the perfect update. The fit, for me, is true to running shoe size—I had to size up half a size to wear the Rival Waffle 6. The upper is light, breathable, and durable, with almost a slipper-like fit with thin socks. The outsole has good traction, and my feet feel supported particularly in the arch. I am so thankful that Nike continues to offer the Rival Waffle series, caring enough to make meaningful updates for those of us who wear racing flats.
