I like this running shoe a lot. Not the lightest, but very cushioned and forgiving. I typically get wide versions of running shoes and these fit very well for me. I tried the regular version and those were definitely too narrow for me. No heel slip either.

Disappointed on the vomero 18 extra wide , I waited a while for this to come out and they are so narrow on the toe box , hopefully Nike doesn’t continue to go on this directions

Like some of the other reviewers, some of the best wide shoes I have had have been Vomeros. At first I thought the look of the bottom part of the shoe wouldn't be to my liking but it is different in person. I was glad they had some kind of blue option (would have preferred darker), but would have purchased these...except they don't meet the needs of the extra wide customer- especially the toe box. I hope Nike isn't going to limit extra wide models based on sales- if you don't actually make them wide enough what can you expect?
