Great for speed work when you don't want the aggressiveness of spikes.
Super fast, don’t heel strike

This is an amazing shoe if you use it for what it’s meant for. They are for competitive athletes not slow people or heel strikers. Durability is pretty bad but for such a fast shoe at less than $200 it doesn’t really matter, and it runs narrow I went a half size up.

- A super-light and breathable engineered seamless mesh upper.
- Improved ZoomX midsole foam for increased energy return and reduced weight.
- The plastic midfoot shank has been replaced with the same full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate that's in the Vaporfly.
- The updated outsole delivers greater traction in a more lightweight package.
- Now built on a track spike last, the stance is more aggressive. The heel-to-toe offset has been reduced to just 4mm, allowing athletes to run more easily on their forefoot.
- The overall weight has been reduced by 44g from the previous model.
