Activate Your Senses

Developed in Nike's Mind Science Department, 22 nodes move up and down against your foot in a way that is scientifically shown to activate sensory areas of the brain.

Prep in Comfort

Soft foam in the midsole provides robust, comfortable cushioning. Stretchy fabric on the footbed gives the nodes room to move up and down while still feeling soft against your foot. If you generally purchase a 1/2 size, we suggest sizing up for a comfortable fit.

More Benefits

Rubber pods near the toe and heel help provide durable traction.
A knitted tongue feels soft and features perforations for breathability.

Insanely good and absolutely beautiful. I love it and yes, going one size up is definitely necessary.
Poor sizing

Sizing was awful. The women’s go in a .5 incriminate which is sensible as these are far too small. Not sure why the men’s haven’t followed suit
