Bought this for my grandson who just turned 2 years old then. He loves it. It's quite odd with how the velcro closes but it's perfectly fine. What matters is he is comfortable with these shoes. I am ordering another pair as he will soon outgrow what I bought him.

These shoes are probably one of the worst designs. My 4 year old has fine motor and sensory issues. These shoes are impossible for him to put on independently. The Velcro fastening in and no structure to shoes is not ideal. I have 3 other older children and have had Nike before and usually love the lightweight but give this style a miss for your toddler.
