Nike Free technology combines foam in the heel for stability with softer foam in the midsole, giving you the flexibility dynamic workouts demand.
A full-length rubber outsole helps support the foam while adding durability and traction on a variety of surfaces, including turf and concrete.
A webbed lacing system works with an inner sleeve to provide added containment for a secure and snug fit.
Lightweight mesh upper adds breathable comfort.

Absolutely the best training shoe I have ever purchased. I have a wider foot and they are so comfortable I don’t want to take them off. They have so much support on the inside and are perfect for gym training and cardio training. I bought the US size 9 and they were perfect. Great for RPM and Spin as well.
