My favorite spike so far out of the three models I've experienced. The fit is good, but not good for wide footed people. It is highly responsive and sends a lot of energy return, you will feel like you're flying. If you're new to sprinting, definitely go with rivals or a stiff plate spike before going with these. I also recommend using maxflys for high intensity workouts, blocks and saving them for race days.
