Nike Air Max Bia

When we first received the Air Max Bia Little Kids' Shoes in the mail for my daughter, I didn’t know if she’d go for them, boy was I wrong! Right out of the box, she loved the black and burgundy color way. The classic-meets-modern design was appealing to both of us and my favorite part was that the fabric appeared to hide dirt was very easy to clean as my for my 5 year old. She typically wears a 10, but I sized up to a 10.5 and I’m glad I did. They were narrow, but her feet fit comfortably in the toe box and she loves the Velcro and elastic laces so she can get them on quickly and independently. She says these are her fastest shoes - and I believe her! One thing I would change would be sending the elastic laces all the way up and removing the Velcro as it adds another step, but it does secure them around the ankle. Either way- she loves them and will wear them until she hits another growth spurt!

Overall, I really like these shoes! They have a great design and look stylish on my little guy. They fit true to size and are slightly wider, which was perfect for his feet and made for a comfortable fit. My biggest drawback is that the shoes feel quite heavy for little kids’ shoes. A lighter-weight design would make them even better for everyday wear and active play. Overall, I love the look and fit, and I think these shoes are a great option. They’re great for school or going out shoes but if you have an active kid like mine - I’d look at a lighter, more flexible style!

My child tested these shoes and said that they felt sort of comfortable but like they’d need to be broken in (kind of stiff). Unfortunately she strongly disliked the color choice so she did not wish to wear them. The design is less unisex, more geared towards boys, and so I’m not sure why this style was sent to us. The fabric is ok, relatively cheap but perfect for a kids shoe. We like the overall design of the shoe, but I would change the color option and add a little softness.
