Sk8 2 Work
Rob
If you're as old as me, you can remember the days when skate and urban wear weren't really a big or common thing. You had to take something else that already existed to wear when you were out trashing the streets. This shirt brings me back to those days when workwear was used for it's sturdy build and worn oversized for a bit of style and flare. This Loose Fit Nike SB shirt is very well made, a heavyweight material akin to something you'd wear grinding, metal that is, then a curb after you get out work. Let's face it we're not all professional skaters, we fall and bite the dust more than land tricks. I can see this stopping some knarley elbow rash, getting dusted off and worn out that night for a date. I'm a XL if I want my shirt to not suck to my love handles, but a Large if I want the shoulder hems to sit where they should with the rest tight. This in Large fit almost perfect. Loose in fit to give a certain style look, not overly tight or baggy. The only fitment that was a little off on me was the sleeve length, being a bit long. I'm 5'8" when my spine is straight, 200lbs, so if you're a bit taller than I am this would fit perfectly. I liked the small Nike SB tag on the chest pocket hem, the stitched Nike SB logo in white on the the sleeve near the arm cuff. My arms being a little short, the longer sleeves needed to be adjusted a bit to not hide the logo. Overall a great design at home working on cars in the garage, out to skate, or out for a night on the town with a lady friend.
