Love them so much!! You can run do weights training or anything with these shorts

I’m confused how these shorts are highly rated. I was expecting the inner shorts to be a spandex/biker shorts like material, but they are a thin polyester like material. I wore the shorts on my run this morning and they kept riding up and were extremely uncomfortable. I realized towards the end of my run that they’re better worn lower on the waist, but they’re supposed to be high waisted. Even after lowering them on my waist, the shorts rode up. I wish I never took the tag off and spent my money else where. I was in such disbelief by the highly rated reviews that I double checked the serial number on the shorts, but I received the correct shorts.

My thighs tend to chafe when running, so the bike shorts help with prevent that, but I like that they still look like normal shorts. Also love the side pocket. I can put my phone in it and they won't fall down. The back pocket is the perfect size for a key fob or my airpods case. It stays secure and I don't even feel it when I'm running. Can't recommend enough.
